Valley County Pathways is building a valley-wide trail system to match the grandeur of our mountain valley. We need your support to build 70 miles of new pedestrian trails and biking routes connecting Cascade, Donnelly, McCall and New Meadows. Your generous gift today will make Valley County a better place in the future!
VCP has a strong record of success. This year’s Idaho Givers goal is to raise $15,000 for trail projects in McCall and Donnelly. An anonymous donor has pledged to match your gift, up to $30,000.
Your donation of $50 today will sponsor of 5 feet of new trail to be completed in 2025; $100 will sponsor 10 feet of new trail; $500 will sponsor 50 feet of new trail.
Go to Idaho Gives and make your donation today!
2025 funding will be used for Phase II construction of Samson Trail – one additional mile of walking and biking trail to provide our kids a safe route to the Payette Middle School. This trail segment also brings us closer to the Carefree subdivision south of McCall!
We also have two trail projects happening in Donnelly – the Town to Beach Flyway and a new paved trail along West Roseberry Road connecting walkers and bikers to the Flyway Trail. Very exciting!
Idaho Gives Donors are invited to attend the grand opening for the Donnelly “Town to Beach Flyway” over Memorial Day! Supporters can also be part of future projects connecting to Tamarack Resort, Lake Fork and Cascade. This valley-wide trails plan will cost more than $10 million! It won’t happen without your support.
Valley County Pathways sends a huge THANK YOU to our partners — Valley County Parks & Recreation, City of McCall, City of Donnelly, Josh Murrey with Northwest Land Services, Central Idaho Mountain Biking Association (CIMBA), Tamarack Resort, Brundage Mountain, Activity Barn, Jug Mountain Ranch, United Payette, Lake Cascade State Park, McCall Chamber of Commerce and the West Central Mountains Economic Development Council.
Thank you all for supporting your community trails!
